Grades: 6, 7, 8 (limited to 30 students per grade level)
Dates: April - May
Athletes Must Provide:
Golf Balls
Clubs (students may provide their own or rent from the golf course)
Water Bottle
Appropriate workout attire
Athletic shoes or golf shoes
Additional Information:
Transportation is not provided to or from the golf course. Parents must arrange transportation for their students, leaving Timberview at 2:50 p.m. to begin practice at the golf course by 3:15 p.m. Students must be picked up from the course at 4:45 p.m. A carpool sign-up sheet will be available at Parent Information Night for parents who are interested. It is voluntary and is not managed by Timberview.
Students must comply with the rules and regulations of Cherokee Ridge Public Golf Course. Coaches will instruct athletes in golf etiquette and rules of the game during the first week of practice. Dress code: a collared shirt is recommended when at the golf course.
