Academic Requirements
Middle school students must either:
be enrolled as a full-time student at the school
have completed the Request for Participation form and has been placed at the middle school for athletic participation
To remain eligible for participation in athletics, the student must maintain academic eligibility as outlined by the school of participation.
Online Registration
Registration must be completed online. See the Athletics Registration page for additional details.
Current Physical
Physicals must be signed and dated by a doctor and must last through entire sport season. Physicals will be uploaded as part of the Online Registration process. Find out more on the Sports Physicals page.
Pay for Athletic Fees
See the Athletics Registration page for additional information. Fees can can either be paid online using Infinite Campus or in the Athletics Office.
Transfer Students
If you have transferred from another school, there will be some transfer information collected during the online registration process. Contact your school's Athletics department for additional information.
