Registration
If Central Registry has assigned your student a primary or a secondary sports enrollment at an Academy District 20 middle school, you can register for sports at these schools online. The registration process for middle school sports can be accomplished by completing our Athletics Registration Form which will be available on this page during that sport's registration window.
Sports Physical
All student athletes must have a current sports physical. Physicals must be signed and dated by the doctor and turned in to the athletics office.
We recommend getting a physical during the summer, as physicals expire yearly. If a physical is obtained during the school year, keep in mind that it may expire in the middle of an athletics season the following year, possibly causing delays in participation.
Fees
Athletics fees are as follows:
Football - $65.00
Golf - $70.00
All other sports - $45.00
Fees can be paid for on Infinite Campus.
