6th Grade
6th Beginning Acoustic Guitar: This fun class explores the acoustic (non-electric) guitar. Students will learn the basics of acoustic guitar playing, including reading chords, musical notes, and tablature. This class is to be a foundation for expanding individual learning of guitar music.
7th Grade
7th Beginning Acoustic Guitar: This fun class explores the acoustic (non-electric) guitar. Students will learn the basics of acoustic guitar playing, including reading chords, musical notes, and tablature. This class is to be a foundation for expanding individual learning of guitar music.
8th Grade
8th Beginning Acoustic Guitar: This fun class explores the acoustic (non-electric) guitar. Students will learn the basics of acoustic guitar playing, including reading chords, musical notes, and tablature. This class is to be a foundation for expanding individual learning of guitar music.
8th Modern Band: Students will build upon knowledge and skills learned in previous guitar and/or instrumental instruction, and focus on instruments commonly found in modern bands. Students will blend the sounds of such instruments as guitar, keyboards, bass, drums, as well as vocals. Beginners Guitar class and/or equivalent guitar experience required.
